Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on July 13, 2021, found that Amazing Angels Home Care, had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on June 30, 2021.
